A Dash of Salt is no ordinary blog. Here, you will find all
kinds of recipes for a wide variety of foods, including desserts. For our first
entry in our blog, we will provide our viewers with a healthy vegetarian
recipe. This recipe will help guide them in making a certain dish they are
interested in making. We plan to be broad with our topic regarding food. B
eing
narrow minded is not an option.
We will
include gluten-free foods, along with vegetarian recipes. We take into
consideration picky eaters, sensitive eaters, meat lovers, vegetarian eaters,
and those who are lactose intolerant. The recipes we will be providing will be
beneficial to everybody, including those on a diet because all of our recipes
will have to pass the Health test. All sodium and total fat levels will be
measured and will not exceed an unhealthy amount. We care about the health of
those who view our recipes and encourage them to recreate them in their own
kitchen. Viewers can include our simple, yet complex, recipes in their meal
preps for those who go to the gym and need to plan out what they are going to
eat for the whole week.
A Dash of Salt
has this as an advantage, I believe, because this means our blog will have no
limitations and is for everybody.
