A Dash of Salt

Dash of Salt is a blog based on the crafting various foods including, but not
limited to, breakfasts, exquisite desserts, lunches, and dinners. Recipes will
very wide-serving with recipe groups like gluten-free, vegan, heart healthy to
name a few. Dishes from around the world will be featured on this blog
representing various cultures and ways of food preparation. Seasonal foods like
Christmas cookies or summer pies will also be featured as the year progresses
but with a healthy twist. I will be posting food throughout the year that have
amazing flavor and are fun to eat but are also not too bad for your body. All
kinds of food will be included to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. The goal
is to provide recipes that are great tasting and discreetly healthy. This is to
serve everyone at events like dinner parties, family dinners, everyday meals,
last minutes foods, take away lunches, brunches, breakfasts, and so many other
occasions.
